• Location: St. Albans, Vermont

• Assignment Type:Local Contract

• Contract Duration: 9 Weeks

• Hours: 40 Hours/Week

• Shift:Days

• Schedule:7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Shift Length: 8 Hours

• Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and patient-centered nursing care.

• Administer medications and treatments within the LPN scope of practice.

• Monitor patients' conditions and report changes promptly.

• Perform nursing assessments and maintain accurate documentation.

• Assist patients with activities of daily living and mobility needs.

• Perform wound care, treatments, and other nursing procedures as assigned.

• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals.

• Educate patients and families regarding medications, treatments, and care plans.

• Follow infection-control procedures and patient-safety standards.

• Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for patients.

Requirements

• Active LPN license eligible to practice in Vermont.

• Current BLS certification, as required by the facility.

• Strong clinical and communication skills.

• Dependable, compassionate, and adaptable.

• Ability to work 40 hours per week throughout the assignment.
