Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

Position Summary
We are hiring an experienced CNC Mill Programmer / Setup Operator for a full-time, first-shift position in Butner, NC. The ideal candidate can program, set up, and operate CNC milling equipment, read blueprints, adjust tool offsets, inspect parts, and troubleshoot machining issues.

You will produce accurate, high-quality parts while maintaining safety, efficiency, and production standards.
Key Responsibilities

• 
  Program, set up, and operate CNC milling machines
  
• 
  Perform tooling setups and make precise tool offset adjustments
  
• 
  Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
  
• 
  Create detailed drawings when needed
  
• 
  Identify and process materials such as aluminum and galvanized steel
  
• 
  Inspect completed parts for accuracy and tight tolerances
  
• 
  Maintain consistent machine performance and product quality
  
• 
  Troubleshoot machining issues and help minimize downtime
  
• 
  Follow safety procedures and production requirements
  
• 
  Work with engineering and production teams to improve quality and workflow
  

Required Qualifications

• 
  Previous experience programming, setting up, and operating CNC milling machines
  
• 
  Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  
• 
  Experience performing tooling setups and tool offset adjustments
  
• 
  Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  
• 
  Ability to troubleshoot machining issues
  
•

Preferred Qualifications

• 
  Experience with Mazak CNC equipment
  
• 
  Familiarity with aluminum, galvanized steel, and similar manufacturing materials

  Experience creating or modifying detailed drawings
