Description
Minuteman Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is a growing residential service company serving Greater Boston and the South Shore. We are hiring a Client Experience Coordinator for our call center. You will be the first voice customers hear, book service calls, and keep the schedule full. No call-center experience required; we will train the right person.
Hourly base plus performance bonus, with a realistic on-target earnings range of $25 to $40 per hour. We are looking for someone to work a Tuesday through Saturday or a Wednesday through Sunday schedule, hybrid.
Key Responsibilities
• Work a Tuesday through Saturday or a Wednesday through Sunday with a Hybrid schedule
• Answer inbound calls and book service appointments at an 85%+ booking rate
• Handle roughly 20 to 40 inbound calls per day
• Make 20 to 50+ outbound calls per day to fill the schedule and follow up
• Capture accurate customer and job details in ServiceTitan
• Deliver a warm, professional first impression on every call
• Hit individual and team goals tied to bookings and board-filled percentage
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
• Friendly, clear phone presence and a customer-first attitude
• No prior phone or call-center experience required; we will train the right person
• Comfortable with computers; ServiceTitan experience a plus
• Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a busy call center
• Must pass a pre-employment background check
• Based on-site in Hingham, MA
