Parts Manager - RV

Cenla RV is hiring now for a Parts Manager, at our Monroe, Louisiana location! We are looking for a self-motivated, high-achieving individual with proven leadership skills. RV Enthusiasts helping other RV Enthusiasts find the items they need so they can further enjoy their next camping expedition! Identifying the correct parts for our service department, locating, ordering, receiving, and selling.

We are a full-service Jayco dealership carrying New and Used RV's of all types, Travel Trailers, Fifth Wheels, Toy Haulers, Destination Trailers, and more.

Responsibilities:

Hiring and monitoring parts staff performance

Overseeing standards for displaying and merchandising

Evaluate traffic, parts turn, and margins

Efficiently locate and acquire parts for our service team

Attending to customer complaints, ensuring an unmatched level of customer satisfaction is obtained

Balancing the cash register daily as well as preparing bank deposits and reconciling not only the $$, but also the incoming freight as well as the paperwork associated with it.

Qualifications:

Experience in the retail sales is a must. Experience in the RV industry preferred

Perfected verbal and written communication skills

Ability to operate the department profitably within dealership guidelines

Ability to efficiently use a computer, MS Office, Excel and other office equipment
