By the end of the shift, your meticulous records and clean workstation make handoff simple and seamless for the next operator.
What you’ll handle
- Run and closely monitor manufacturing machinery to sustain top performance and throughput.
- Complete routine care, adjustments, and troubleshooting to reduce downtime.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a tidy, organized work area.
- Inspect finished parts against specifications to ensure consistent quality.
- Partner with teammates to hit production targets and meet deadlines.
- Record production metrics and promptly alert supervisors to any issues.
What you bring
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- Proven success operating machines or performing similar production work.
- Strong mechanical instincts paired with solid problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
