Title: Call Center Supervisor

Location: Albuquerque, NM

Schedule: Onsite, 32 hours/week (working way up to 40)

Duration: 6-12 month contract to hire

Pay Rate: 22-25/hr

Required Skills & Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 6 months of telephone data collection experience OR direct supervisory experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience coaching, training, and motivating employees
• Basic computer proficiency including Windows, Microsoft Office, email, and word processing Ability to evaluate employee performance and provide/document feedback
• Experience generating reports and analyzing productivity metrics
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to open/close the facility as required
• Ability to walk and move throughout the production floor for 4-6 hours per shift

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency with Timekeeping systems
• Experience with CATI, CADE, Case Management, and Call Scheduling software
• Experience writing training materials, job aids, and procedural documentation
• Prior experience in survey research or call center operations
• Strong customer service and team-building background
