Maintenance Technician

Working Maintenance Technician in Enid, OK to oversee the Maintenance Operations of the property.

The Ideal Candidate will have knowledge in central air & heat functions, plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry and sheetrock framing.

Requirements:

• HVAC Certification
• Driver's License
• High School Diploma
• Auto Insurance
• At least 2 years' experience as an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor
• At least 5 years' experience in Apartment Maintenance
