QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience with installation, repair, and maintenance
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or electronic systems
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and repair equipment
• Basic computer and POS knowledge
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and follow safety procedures
• Basic sales support and product recommendation skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs

Technical training or certifications, 1+ years of relevant experience, and prior work in a service or retail environment are preferred.

SCHEDULE: This is a full-time position based in Winter Garden, FL, with a consistent schedule aligned with store and service needs.

WHAT TO EXPECT AS A MAINTENANCE SERVICE TECH

In this role, you'll take ownership of diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring equipment operates at peak performance. Your day will include preventive maintenance, installations, and hands-on troubleshooting while keeping detailed service records. You'll interact with customers regularly, explaining your work clearly and providing excellent service both in-store and on-site. From maintaining an organized service area to supporting team members with technical knowledge, your work ensures safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction every step of the way.
