Oversee daily operations to ensure our agency runs smoothly and exceeds production goals.

Mentor and guide a team of licensed agents, helping them hone their skills and reach their full potential.

Analyze sales metrics regularly to identify growth opportunities and refine our outreach efforts.

Build and maintain strong partnerships within the Pittsburgh business community.

Develop new sales strategies that align with our mission of providing peace of mind to our neighbors.

Foster a supportive and encouraging workplace culture where every team member feels valued.

Valid Pennsylvania Property Casualty and Life Health insurance licenses.

Three or more years of leadership experience within an insurance agency.

Deep understanding of insurance underwriting guidelines and sales workflows.

Strong ability to coach staff on improving sales performance.

Proficiency in industry-standard agency management software.

Excellent problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence.
