The Retail Store Manager plays a critical role in overseeing daily store operations while leading a medium-sized team of 6-15 employees. This position demands strong leadership to drive sales performance, ensure excellent customer service, and manage inventory efficiently. The manager reports directly to the Regional Manager and Area Supervisor and actively participates in the management committee. The role requires flexibility to work standard weekday hours, with weekend availability and occasional evening shifts.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead store staff to achieve performance and sales goals
- Manage inventory levels and control stock to maximize turnover
