About the Role: Join the iconic Dairy Queen team in Atchison, KS, where every shift is a chance to bring smiles to your community! As a Crew Member, you'll be at the heart of delivering the delicious treats and meals that DQ fans know and love. Responsibilities:- Greet and serve customers in a friendly, efficient manner at the counter and drive-thru
- Prepare and assemble food and beverage orders, including DQ's signature Blizzards, burgers, and more
- Operate a cash register and handle customer transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dining area, kitchen, and equipment
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure fast, accurate order fulfillment
- Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties as needed
Requirements:- No prior experience required we'll train the right candidate!
- Positive, customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced food service environment
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 14 years of age (or meet local labor requirements)
