About The Role

As an RN Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing units, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and attention. You will lead by example, guiding and mentoring a team of dedicated professionals to deliver exceptional patient care and outcomes. Your expertise will be highly valued as you work closely with our medical staff, therapy teams, and support services to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple nursing units, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

• Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient, working closely with interdisciplinary teams

• Lead and mentor a team of professional nurses and caregivers to deliver high-quality patient care and outcomes

• Collaborate with medical staff, therapy teams, and support services to resolve patient care issues and provide exceptional customer service

• Monitor and evaluate patient care outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed

• Develop and manage budgets, reporting to management on unit performance and expenses

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and strategies to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Nursing or related field

• Current RN licensure in the state of Massachusetts

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in nursing leadership or management

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
