CYCLE COUNTER – 1ST SHIFT
Location: Largo, FL 33777
Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

Position Overview
The Cycle Counter is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory by physically counting products, researching discrepancies, making system adjustments, and supporting daily inventory goals.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts, physical inventories, random audits, and reconciliations
- Research inventory discrepancies and make necessary corrections
- Resolve inventory issues in a timely manner
- Document and control aged and damaged products
- Ensure proper labeling and inventory identification
- Maintain inventory accuracy metrics and reports
- Work with management and external auditors as needed
- Follow FIFO inventory practices and warehouse safety standards
Requirements
- 3–5 years of warehouse experience
- High School Diploma required; some college preferred
- Experience with AS400 or another warehouse management system
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience operating a stock picker lift
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. repeatedly
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Must be willing to work overtime as needed
- Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures, including heat and cold
Physical Requirements
- Stand for extended periods
- Lift, bend, push, and pull up to 40 lbs.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including stock picker lifts
