Full-Time Position
Are you a skilled, dependable, and hands-on maintenance professional? Join our team and help ensure our hotel remains safe, comfortable, and operating at its best for our guests and associates.
What You’ll Do
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs throughout the hotel.
- Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and general building issues.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest and departmental maintenance requests.
- Complete preventive maintenance to extend the life of equipment and hotel facilities.
- Assist with emergency repairs and unexpected maintenance concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance, and completed repairs.
- Work closely with hotel departments to support smooth daily operations.
- Follow all safety regulations, procedures, and hotel policies.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous building maintenance, facilities, or engineering experience.
- Hospitality or hotel maintenance experience is preferred.
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Ability to lift, climb ladders, bend, and work in confined spaces.
- HVAC, electrical, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Flexible availability is required, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
