What you’ll do
- Run and oversee processing and manufacturing equipment.
- Follow clear work instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines every shift.
- Stage, load, and unload materials and parts on the line.
- Watch process parameters and equipment settings; report unusual conditions quickly.
- Verify quality with visual checks and dimensional measurements using basic tools.
- Identify nonconformances or process issues and alert the appropriate supervisor or technician.
- Keep your station organized, clean, and safe.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams.
- Adhere to all company safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
