Line Cook- Full Time $15/HR

As a Line Cook, you'll prepare, season, and cook a variety of menu items for our restaurant outlets or banquet kitchen. You'll work alongside experienced culinary professionals to deliver the quality, consistency, and presentation our guests expect while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen.

• Prepare and cook high-quality food according to recipes, production standards, and direction from our culinary leaders.
• Deliver consistent quality and presentation by checking taste, seasoning, appearance, and preparation after food reaches our guests.
• Keep your station ready for service by completing prep, maintaining an organized workspace, and working with the pace and timing needed for successful meal periods.
• Maintain exceptional food safety and sanitation standards, including proper food storage, holding temperatures, equipment handling, and clean-as-you-go practices.
• Help control food quality and waste through proper portioning, storage, handling, and attention to production needs.
• Be a great teammate, working collaboratively with cooks, chefs, and other hotel associates to keep the kitchen running smoothly and create an exceptional guest experience.
