Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team while serving as a hands-on contributor responsible for the department's overall performance, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee month-end close, financial reporting, financial statement preparation, variance analysis, and key operational and financial metrics reporting.
  • Manage cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes while partnering with leadership to evaluate business performance and drive profitability.
  • Coordinate tax compliance, reporting, and audit activities with external CPA partners.
  • Oversee accounts receivable, collections, accounts payable, and vendor payment processes to support strong cash management and business operations.
  • Serve as the primary administrator for ERP systems, leading system enhancements, upgrades, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Develop actionable financial insights and recommendations related to cost control, operational efficiency, and overall business performance.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including prior leadership, supervisory, or management responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with operational leaders and provide financial insights that support business decision-making.
  • Experience preparing, analyzing, and communicating financial and operational data to support organizational goals.
  • Strong systems aptitude with experience utilizing accounting, financial reporting, and enterprise business systems.
  • Exposure to multi-entity, multi-location, manufacturing, or complex operating environments is preferred.
  • Highly analytical with strong problem-solving, process improvement, and reporting capabilities.
