$16.00to $17.00per hour
Schedule and Hours
Monday throughSaturday,6:00 am to4:30 pm.
IndustrialMetalLaborers-Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare steel materials for the galvanizing processin hot atmosphere
- Stacking Zinc
- Painting Poles
- Load, unload, hang and move steel products
- Inspect finished materials for quality
- Operate basic tools and production equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all plant safety procedures
- Assist with other production duties as assigned
IndustrialMetalLaborers-QualificationsandRequirements
- PreviousIndustrial labor experience is preferred
- Ability toliftto 60 pounds and perform physically demanding work
- Comfortable working around steel, heat, noise and industrial equipment
- Ability to stand, bend, reach and move throughout the shift
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Steel-toed boots and required personal protective equipment must be worn
- Must be able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
