Job Description

The Sales/Purchasing Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting sales and purchasing operations within a small team, working under a direct supervisor. This position manages a high volume of sales and purchase orders, ensures accurate documentation, and maintains effective customer interactions using the SAP system and other office software.

Responsibilities

  • Support sales activities by processing orders and addressing customer inquiries
  • Process purchase orders accurately and efficiently
  • Engage with customers to provide prompt and professional service
  • Enter and maintain sales and purchase data using SAP and other software
  • Generate and distribute relevant reports
  • Maintain organized and accurate documentation

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in sales or purchasing
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Experience with order processing and data entry
  • Effective time management and attention to detail

Pay depends on qualifications

Blue Cross/Blue Shield Health Insurance after 90 days. Dental and Optical after 1 year of service.

Bonuses twice a year.
