As a 2nd Shift Ambassador, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service by assisting patrons with inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintaining a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors.
• Ensuring smooth operations by monitoring assigned areas and addressing any concerns.
• Adapting to various tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the team.
