Great customer service skills and have a passion for food service.

Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume food service environment.

Previous food service and management skills.

Retail leadership with organizational and merchandising skills.

Capability to develop and motivate employees.

Ability to ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.

Train and direct deli associates in all aspects of the daily procedures.

Continually evaluate and react to performance issues.

Ability to oversee the daily operations of a Deli including inventory control, daily paperwork, cash control and increasing sales.
