The Racquet Club is looking for passionate and hardworking Cooks to join our Culinary Team. Whether you're experienced on the line, grill, pantry, or prep, you'll play a key role in creating flavorful, high-quality dishes that our members look forward to every day.

TASKS:

• Prepare menu items for lunch, dinner, holiday events, and special events

• Follow recipes and ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely execution

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and uphold safe food-handling practices

• Work carving stations, buffet lines, and service displays as needed

• Support a strong, team-focused kitchen environment

REQUIREMENTS

• Culinary experience in a fast-paced kitchen

• Experience in fine dining, buffets, grill stations, or display cooking preferred

• Strong work ethic, communication skills, and attention to detail

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven kitchen
