Rovira Property Management is seeking an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of approximately 120 residential properties throughout Kissimmee and the greater Orlando area. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and keeping tenants, owners, vendors, and properties moving forward.
Compensation & Benefits:
$40,000-$50,000 annually based on experience
Full-time W2 employment
Mileage and toll reimbursement

$45,000 - $55,000 base salary
Manage a portfolio of approximately 120 residential properties, overseeing day-to-day operations
Handle leasing activities, including listings, showings, applications, leases, and notices
Coordinate maintenance requests, vendors, technicians, and repairs from start to finish
Conduct move-in, move-out, and periodic inspections with thorough documentation
Maintain clear communication with owners and tenants regarding property needs, repairs, pricing, and issues
Stay ahead of competing priorities, solve problems independently, and keep properties running smoothly
3+ years of hands-on residential property management experience
Bilingual in English and Spanish, both spoken and written, highly preferred
Strong communication, organization, judgment, and follow-through
Self-directed and comfortable managing a portfolio with minimal supervision
Reliable vehicle, valid Florida driver's license, and willingness to spend significant time in the field
Proficient with Buildium, PropertyMeld, RentEngine, HappyCo, Sentry, and Monday.com
