Essential Functions
- Develops and delivers training for TOC systems, software applications, operational workflows, and organizational processes.
- Develops and delivers employee training on topics such as patient experience, compliance, policies and procedures, and other organizational initiatives.
- Supports the development and delivery of onboarding programs for new team members, leaders, and providers.
- Supports employee training for new system implementations, software changes, upgrades, and workflow changes.
- Creates role-specific training content, including presentations, job aids, reference materials, and other learning resources.
- Partners with Information Technology, Human Resources, and operational leaders to identify training needs and develop effective training solutions.
- Provides classroom, virtual, one-on-one, and on-site training across TOC locations as needed.
- Coordinates and tracks onboarding, required training, annual refresher training, and other employee development initiatives.
- Maintains and updates training materials such as systems, workflows, policies, and organizational needs change.
- Collects and evaluates training feedback and recommends improvements to training programs.
- Supports organizational projects and initiatives requiring employee education, communication, or training.
- Manages multiple training projects and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Performs other training and development responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn unfamiliar software and teach others how to use it.
- Ability to explain technical concepts and operational workflows in a clear and approachable manner.
- Experience developing and delivering employee training, onboarding, software training, or operational training preferred.
- Healthcare, medical practice, or clinical operations experience preferred.
- Experience with EMR/EHR systems, Microsoft 365, or other business software applications preferred.
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience preferred.
- Experience with adult learning, project coordination, process improvement, or training program development is a plus.

The successful candidate will become a trusted training resource who can learn new systems and workflows, develop effective training materials, and confidently teach employees with varying levels of technical experience. This individual should be comfortable working with employees one-on-one, presenting to groups, collaborating with department leaders, and supporting the organization through new systems and operational changes.
Travel: As needed between TOC locations.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Requires prolonged sitting, some bending, stooping and stretching. Required eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone. Calculator and other office equipment. Requires normal range of hearing and eye sight to record, prepare and communicate appropriate reports. Requires the ability to work under stressful conditions and/or irregular hours to meet deadlines.
CREDENTIALS DESIRED
Minimum of Associates degree with three to five years of healthcare operations training experience preferred.
Project management, training management, adult learning and process improvement (LEAN) experience preferred
