Roofing sales experience is a must, along with strong communication skills, professionalism, and the drive to close. The typical sales cycle is less than one month, and travel is limited to the local area.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads with support from the lead generation team
• Conduct client meetings and deliver compelling sales presentations
• Negotiate contracts and close sales efficiently within a short sales cycle
• Maintain deep knowledge of roofing products and services
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
• Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments
• Accurately report sales activity and performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven success in roofing sales
• Strong skills in customer relationship management (CRM) and lead conversion
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales volume targets

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with in-house marketing and sales training programs
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
