About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure delivery of high-quality, patient care
- Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff to promote professional growth and team performance
- Coordinate care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary clinical teams and Correctional Staff
- Monitor and maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulatory standards
- Manage staffing schedules, assignments, and nursing department workflows
- Conduct performance evaluations and facilitate ongoing staff education and training
- Serve as a clinical resource and patient advocate across all levels of care
Requirements:
- Active RN license in the state of New York (required)
- Healthcare management degree preferred
- Minimum 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience, Correctional experience preferred
- Prior nursing management or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- CPR/BLS certification required
About Us:
The Eden Center contracts with Washingotn County Correctional Facility for medical staff. All staff are employed by the Eden Care Center.
