Restaurant General Manager

The Restaurant General Manager will oversee daily operations of a medium-sized restaurant team of 20 to 50 staff members. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing team performance, and maintaining financial health through full profit and loss oversight and basic budgeting. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence while fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 20-50 restaurant staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Oversee full profit and loss management to maintain financial performance
• Develop and manage basic budgets for restaurant operations
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff to build a strong team culture
• Enhance guest satisfaction through effective service and problem resolution
• Coordinate with suppliers and manage inventory to control costs
• Analyze operational metrics and implement improvements for efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in restaurant management
