Production Associate

Join a fast-paced, environmentally controlled manufacturing operation where you will support production by operating equipment, screwing lids onto bottles, and packing and wrapping finished products to meet quality and efficiency standards.

• Operate production and packaging machines safely and efficiently according to established procedures.
• Screw lids onto bottles accurately and consistently to ensure proper sealing and product integrity.
• Pack and wrap products in accordance with production and packaging specifications.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at all times to maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area.
• Perform general production and general labor tasks as needed to support daily manufacturing operations.
• Monitor product quality during production and packaging, identifying and reporting any defects or inconsistencies.
• Use basic math skills to count, measure, and verify quantities and production outputs.
• Handle materials and finished goods, including lifting items weighing between 25 and 50 pounds as required.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet production schedules and targets.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly to maintain a smooth workflow across the production line.

• At least 2 years of production experience in a manufacturing or similar environment.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working under Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Hands-on experience with general production and packaging tasks.
• Ability to operate basic production and packaging machinery safely.
• Strong attention to product quality and detail.
• Capability to perform general labor duties, including frequent standing, moving, and lifting 25 to 50 pounds.
• Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities.
• Ability to work reliably on a first shift schedule from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining accuracy and safety.

• Experience in an environmentally controlled manufacturing plant.
• Familiarity with standard operating procedures for production and packaging lines.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions consistently.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills in a production setting.
• Reliability and punctuality in meeting scheduled shift hours.

The role is based in an environmentally controlled manufacturing plant with a physical, fast-paced setting. You will spend most of your time on or near the production floor, standing, moving, and handling materials. Team members work a first shift schedule from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The environment is friendly and team-oriented, with a strong family-owned culture. The position requires the ability to lift between 25 and 50 pounds as part of regular duties.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE.

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
