About the Position

We are hiring Entry-Level Sales Associates to join our growing team representing leading telecommunications clients in major big-box retail locations throughout Georgia.

In this customer-facing position, you will work directly with customers inside retail locations, learn about telecommunications products and services, identify customer needs, and assist with the sales process.

No extensive sales background is required. We provide training and support to help motivated individuals develop their customer service, communication, and sales skills.

What You'll Do

• Meet face-to-face with customers in participating big-box retail locations.
• Represent telecommunications products and services in a professional manner.
• Engage customers, ask questions, and understand their needs.
• Explain available products, services, features, and promotions accurately.
• Assist customers throughout the sales process.
• Process sales and customer information accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of current products, services, and promotions.
• Work collaboratively with team members to support location and sales goals.
• Maintain a professional and positive customer experience.
• Travel locally between assigned retail locations as needed.

Work Environment

This is an in-person, customer-facing retail sales position. Associates will work inside participating big-box retail locations and may travel locally between assigned locations.

The position requires standing and interacting with customers for extended periods and performing the normal physical activities associated with working in a retail environment.
