Location: Traveling position that will support data center construction projects across the United States.

We’re looking for a Site Construction Manager who thrives in high-stakes, fast-paced environments and wants to lead the delivery of complex, large-scale mission-critical data center projects. This is a senior field leadership role where you’ll have full ownership of jobsite performancefrom planning and sequencing to safety, quality, and final commissioning.

What You Bring

Candidates whose experience or expertise substantially exceed the requirements of the role are encouraged to apply, as compensation may be reviewed based on individual qualifications.

• 15+ years of experience in large-scale, union construction environments, ideally in data centers
• Proven ability to lead complex, mission-critical projects and teams
• Deep knowledge of building systems, including:
• Structural, concrete, and framing systems
• HVAC, plumbing, chilled water systems
• Electrical systems, including high/medium voltage and emergency power
• Expertise in construction sequencing, logistics, and planning in high-redundancy environments
• Strong leadership and communication skills with experience managing high-performing teams
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving project environment
• Understanding of craft jurisdiction and union environments
• Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Compensation

Target Hiring Range: $200,000 - $240,000 annually.

Boldt recognizes that experience, expertise, and specialized skills create value. The target hiring range for this position is $200,000 - $240,000 annually; however, compensation is determined based on qualifications, experience, certifications, geographic market conditions, internal equity, and business considerations. In addition to base compensation, employees may be eligible for incentive compensation and participation in applicable company benefit programs.
