POSITION TITLE: Supportive Housing Program Manager

EXEMPTION STATUS: Exempt

REPORTS TO: Director of Scattered-Site Housing Programs

POSITION DESCRIPTION: Plans, implements, directs, and monitors all aspects and services related to homeless outreach and permanent supportive housing programs using a Housing First framework for a diverse set of formerly homeless individuals and families who are impacted by chronic medical issues
