$18.00 – $20.00 / hr • Part-Time (Flexible Hours) • Central NJ

Seeking a reliable person for flexible, part-time cleaning and grounds porter work across several properties in Central New Jersey.

Responsibilities

· Grounds & Pet Waste: Empty dog waste bins, restock bag dispensers, and pick up litter around grounds and parking lots.

· Trash: Empty indoor/outdoor bins and bring bagged trash to on-site dumpsters.

· Floors: Sweep, mop, and vacuum interior common areas, hallways, and stairs.

· Surfaces: Dust fixtures and wipe down common-area touchpoints and counters.

· Glass: Wipe down entrance door glass and reachable first-floor windows.

Available Locations:

Hillsborough, NJ : Porter services and dog waste station servicing

Bridgewater, NJ: General cleaning

Flemington, NJ: General cleaning

Ewing, NJ: General cleaning

Requirements

· Transportation: Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license to travel between job sites.

· Phone: Must have a working smartphone with data for scheduling, checking in, and team communication.

· Reliability: Punctual, trustworthy, and able to work independently.

· Physical: Able to walk property grounds, bend, lift/carry trash bags (up to 30 lbs), and work outside in various weather.

· Legal: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay, Hours & Locations

• Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 / hour
• Hours: Flexible part-time schedule (hours and days coordinated around your availability).
• Locations: Current sites include Ewing, Hillsborough, Bridgewater, and Flemington, NJ (routes and locations may adjust as accounts grow).
