Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) to join our team. The Clinical Nurse Manager plays a key role in supporting nursing operations, leading and mentoring staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care. This position requires strong clinical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of care and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff.
- Assist with the coordination of day-to-day clinical operations and resident care services.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance care quality and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with team to promote a resident-centered approach to care and improve health outcomes.
- Monitor resident care quality metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Assist with staff training, orientation, and professional development programs.
- Address resident and family concerns promptly and professionally.
- Participate in audits, surveys, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Monitor compliance with infection prevention and control standards.
- Promote a positive work environment that supports teamwork, accountability, and excellence in care.
Qualifications
- Current RN license in the State of Minnesota (required).
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Prior experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute care settings preferred.
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices, clinical operations, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while fostering a positive team environment.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
