About UsOG.com is a fast-growing, CFTC-regulated Prediction Market platform powered by cutting-edge technology. We’re building an engaging marketplace where users trade on real-world outcomes - from major sports and elections to cultural and financial events. With a sleek mobile-first app and a passionate community, we’re redefining how people interact with news, probabilities, and financial markets. OG.com runs on the rails of North American Derivatives Exchange, Inc. (NADEX), a CFTC-regulated exchange operating since 2004 and was acquired by crypto.com in 2022.
Role OverviewWe’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to own how money and identity get into OG: signup, KYC, fiat funding, payouts, and the funding experience behind all of it. Fans can’t trade until they can fund, so every drop-off in onboarding or funding costs us volume, trust, and share of wallet.
Your job is to make funded accounts fast and trustworthy, with a design bar you won’t lower. You’ll own the path from signup through KYC and funding to a trade-ready account: the funding methods that actually clear, the failure states that quietly kill conversion, and the feedback loops that move the funnel. Trading surfaces like markets, parlays, and live sit with a partner PM. The front door is yours.
The funding product is yours end to end, including funding methods, limits, retries, risk configuration, and partner UX. You won’t be negotiating bank charters. You’ll be deciding what ships, when, and at what balance of friction against compliance. You’ll report to the VP of Product, who sets strategy across Financial Services while you own the how and the when for OG.com.
What You'll Actually Do:
- Own onboarding and funding end to end.Signup, verify, deposit, time-to-funded. You make the call on where to trade friction for compliance. The job isn’t shipping a KYC screen; it’s getting people from signup to funded to ready for their first trade.
- Own the funding product. You decide funding methods, payouts, limits, retries, and partner UX, spanning ACH, cards, instant funding, and whatever else clears in the U.S. Authorization and flow of funds are product decisions to you, not a ticket you file with a vendor.
- Treat the money-in funnel as a growth surface. You instrument the drop-off, go after the leaks, and sequence your work against conversion. On the handoff from funded to first contract, you partner with the Predictions PM.
- Hold the design bar on trust and money UX.Clarity, hierarchy, and clean error states aren’t negotiable. When someone’s entering a debit card or waiting on an ACH, “good enough” doesn’t cut it, and you’ll say so. Your feedback is specific: interaction cost, copy, recovery paths, not vibes.
- Wireframe and partner on design. You build your own wires and drive the design conversation, catching the clunky funding and KYC moments before users hit them.
- Talk to users like a peer. You run research on how people really sign up, verify, and move money. You ask them to show you how they fund an account instead of asking whether they’d use instant deposit.
- Drive cross-functional execution. You get engineering, design, data, compliance, payments, and ops working toward the same funded-user outcomes. Nothing in onboarding or funding ships without your sign-off on the product and UX bar.
Requirements:
- Consumer money-in funnel ownership. You’ve owned a consumer signup-to-deposit-to-funded flow, and you can walk us through the funnel you ran, the drop-offs you went after, and the number that actually moved. That’s the bar. Merchant acquiring, B2B payouts, and adjacent-team contributions don’t count.
- Hands-on flow-of-funds ownership at the bank-API layer, not just a gateway. You’ve done real work integrating bank or embedded-banking APIs, whether direct bank and partner-bank APIs or a banking-as-a-service or rails provider, and you’ve owned a funding method, rail, or failure mode end to end. You can point to a specific flow of funds or failure state you ran yourself: a settlement failure, an ACH return or NACHA edge case, a retry model, a routing decision, a chargeback or liability flow. You don’t need to have built a bank core from scratch, but consuming a payment gateway and filing tickets against it won’t clear this bar. The judgment we need comes from having worked at the money layer, so you’re making sound calls on day one.
- Design sensibility as a product skill. You can critique money-in and identity UX with specifics like hierarchy, density, recovery, and trust, not just “it looks nicer.” Tell us about a flow you refused to ship until it was clear.
- An instinct for why funding has to feel instant. In a live-event context, a slow or failed deposit is volume lost in real time. You’ve designed under that pressure, or you can show us you get it.
- Data- and user-driven by default. You instrument your own funnel, size the opportunity, and prioritize off the numbers without waiting for someone to hand you the analysis. You also go to the source, running your own research on how people sign up, verify, and fund, and letting what you learn reshape the roadmap. Both the quantitative and the qualitative.
Strong Plus:
- KYC / identity depth. You’ve owned identity verification, step-up, or risk-tiered challenge decisions yourself. (If a peer owned KYC while you owned deposits, that’s fine, but identity fluency helps here.)
- Regulated on/off-ramp or neobank experience. You’ve sat at the intersection of compliance, rails, and consumer conversion.
- Prediction-market, sportsbook, or real-money-gaming background. You know why funding has to feel instant during a live game.
- Deep design-tool / design-system fluency. You move faster treating design as a peer discipline rather than a handoff.
- AI-augmented product work. You use AI tools with human judgment in the loop to move faster on research, specs, and iteration.
We care about what you’ve built and owned, not the MBA, the pedigree, or the years.
Why This Role:
Onboarding and funding are where prediction markets win or lose share of wallet. Regulated U.S. prediction markets still don’t have a default “money-in” experience, and the playbook is yours to write, backed bycrypto.com’s compliance and scale. You’ll work directly with product leadership, and your UX and prioritization calls will land where strategy gets set.
