Retail Customer Service Associate

Big Bear Wine & Liquor is looking for Guest Service/Cashier Employees to join our 26 person strong team. We are located on 940 E Hailey Lane in Pueblo West. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and hard-working. This is a part time position with anywhere from 20-30 hours a week. We can work around schedules. MUST BE 18 Years Old.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and make them feel at home
• Answer any questions the customers may have
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area
• Accurately process all cash and credit payments
• Provide exceptional customer service

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a cashier or in customer service
• Basic mathematical skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled customers
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively with customers and team members
