Heart of Florida Insurance is a locally based insurance agency serving clients from its main office in Minneola, FL as well as their sub branches in Palm Coast, FL and Lady Lake, FL. The company focuses on providing accessible and personalized insurance solutions to individuals and businesses in the surrounding communities. Team members work closely with customers to help them understand coverage options and make informed decisions. • Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients.
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints.
• Comply with insurance standards and regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service to new and existing clients.
• Building positive relationships with new and affiliated insurance companies
• Processing Policy renewals, endorsements, and payments with various insurance carriers.

• Active Florida 2-20 or 4-40 Insurance License
• Minimum of two years of experience in personal lines insurance sales
• Deep knowledge of Florida insurance market regulations
• Strong comfort level with quoting software and agency management systems
• Ability to commute daily to our Palm Coast office
• Strong record of building a local client base through networking and referrals
