Service Advisor
Whitewater, WI | Burtness Chevrolet Buick GMC
Burtness is looking for a customer-focused, organized Service Advisor to join our growing team at our Whitewater location. If you enjoy working with people, staying busy, and being the bridge between customers and technicians, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and serve as their main point of contact throughout the service process
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
- Create repair orders and clearly explain recommended services
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs
- Provide updates to customers on vehicle status and timelines
- Handle billing, payments, and warranty information
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and comfort using dealership software
- Previous automotive or service advisor experience preferred (but not required we will train the right person)
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-first mindset
