We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support a busy customer-focused team in Louisville, Kentucky. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, stays organized, and enjoys helping customers by phone and through order-related support. The role is fully onsite and centers on delivering responsive service, handling inbound and outbound communication, and maintaining accurate information across internal systems.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming customer calls professionally and provide timely support for questions, requests, and service needs.
• Place outbound calls as needed to follow up on open items, confirm details, and ensure customer issues are resolved.
• Enter and update orders with a high level of accuracy while maintaining complete and organized records.
• Use Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, to communicate with coworkers and manage day-to-day tasks efficiently.
• Navigate company databases and internal tools to locate information, document interactions, and support customer requests.
• Coordinate with internal departments to address concerns, clarify account details, and keep service activities moving forward.
• Track customer interactions carefully and maintain dependable documentation for all communications and transactions.• Prior experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar client-facing environment.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound and outbound phone communication.
• Experience with order entry and updating customer information accurately in business systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Teams.
• Ability to learn new database platforms and internal applications through training.
• Strong verbal communication skills with a detail-focused and service-oriented approach.
• Solid attention to detail and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced onsite setting.
