Canton, NC | Full-Time | Weekly Pay + Benefits
- 2nd shift schedule: Monday - Thursday 7pm - 7:30am | Pay: $20.50 +$2.00 per hour shift differential = $22.50
- 1st shift schedule: Monday - Thursday 7am - 7:30pm | Pay: $20.50 per hour
You’re comfortable with flexible hours, including both mandatory and voluntary overtime as needed.
What you’ll do every shift
- Inspect, assemble, label, and package molded parts per work instructions
- Operate presses and production equipment; use scan guns for labeling and tracking
- Capture production data, quality checks, and scrap with accuracy
- Maintain production and quality standards
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Flag equipment issues or production concerns to your supervisor/lead
- Follow all safety, environmental, and workplace procedures
What makes you a strong fit
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1+ year of manufacturing, production, machine operation, or assembly preferred
- Comfort with computers and handheld scan guns
- Detail-driven, quality-focused, and steady under pace
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
