Duties:-

  • Prospect and cold call targeted shipper accounts daily

  • Qualify opportunities (volume, lanes, pain points, decision makers)

  • Set and hold zoom / in person meetings with shippers

  • Maintain accurate CRM notes and activity tracking

  • Manage transition of account to AM'S

  • Meet weekly with Sales manager to discuss top prospects

Requirements:-

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or business development roles.

  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at various levels

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written

  • Experience with outbound calling, warm calling, telemarketing, or marketing campaigns is highly desirable

  • Knowledge of CRM software, technical sales processes, and customer service principles

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment

  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets through strategic prospecting and relationship management
