Recruiter

The Recruiter supports the recruiting team by identifying qualified candidates, evaluating applications, coordinating interviews, and maintaining an effective talent pipeline. This role manages candidate information throughout the hiring process and contributes to recruitment reporting and team-wide hiring efforts.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through appropriate recruiting channels.
• Screen resumes and evaluate applicants against role requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring stakeholders.
• Conduct candidate interviews and assess qualifications.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking records.
• Develop and manage a strong talent pipeline.
• Prepare and maintain recruitment reports.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruiting experience.
• Experience with candidate screening and interviewing.
