As the Assistant General Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our car wash. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the General Manager in daily operations and decision-making.
• Leading and motivating team members to deliver top-notch customer service.
• Ensuring that our facility operates efficiently and meets our high standards for quality and cleanliness.
• Assisting in managing schedules, training team members, and maintaining a positive work environment.
• Helping to resolve customer inquiries and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.
• Monitoring inventory and equipment to ensure everything runs seamlessly.

We’re seeking a candidate who:

• Has at least 1 year of experience in a management or leadership role.
• Is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple responsibilities with ease.
• Possesses strong communication and organizational skills.
• Is a team player who leads by example and inspires others to do their best.
