Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse civil litigation caseload from inception through resolution.
- Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other litigation documents.
- Handle all aspects of written discovery, depositions, mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation.
- Appear in Washington state courts and administrative proceedings.
- Develop case strategy and provide practical legal advice to clients.
- Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to achieve favorable client outcomes.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case developments and litigation strategy.

Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the Washington State Bar Association.
- Minimum of 4 years of civil litigation experience.
- Experience handling hearings, depositions, mediations, and motion practice.
- Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to independently manage cases while working collaboratively with a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated commitment to client service and professional excellence.
- Trial experience is a plus but not required.
