About the Role: Validation Associates LLC is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team in Bloomfield, NM. Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and wound care
- Assist physicians and RNs in performing clinical assessments and procedures
- Document patient information, medical histories, and care plans accurately in medical records
- Communicate patient status updates and changes in condition to supervising nursing staff
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant care environment in accordance with facility protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
Requirements:- Active LPN license in the state of New Mexico (or eligibility to obtain)
- Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program
- Current CPR/BLS certification required
- Previous clinical nursing experience preferred but new graduates encouraged to apply
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, pharmacology, and patient care procedures
- Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
