Entry Level Sales Representative

Optim Marketing is hiring Entry Level Sales Representatives to join our growing Charlotte team.

You'll represent a nationally recognized telecommunications brand, helping customers with products and services they already know and use every day home internet, wireless service, and smartphones.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide paid training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities to advance into leadership.

What You'll Do

• Meet with customers face-to-face in assigned Charlotte-area territories
• Help customers compare options for internet, wireless plans, and smartphones
• Recommend products and services based on each customer's needs
• Learn and follow a proven sales process
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
