Business Development Manager – Houston, TX

Location: Houston, TX preferred
Salary: $100,000–$150,000 annually
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our sales and business development function. This is a leadership-level opportunity for someone who can build, develop, and manage a high-performing sales team while driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee sales and business development operations
  • Build, develop, and manage a successful sales team
  • Develop strategies to generate new business and expand existing accounts
  • Identify new markets, clients, and growth opportunities
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships
  • Monitor team performance and help drive revenue goals

Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years business development management experience
  • Proven experience building and managing sales teams
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to develop and execute business growth strategies
  • Results-driven with a strong understanding of sales processes
  • Houston-based candidates preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years sales experience in the oil/gas manufacturing/production industry
