Job Title: Bilingual Recruiter – Light Industrial / Logistics

Location: Oxnard
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven Bilingual Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for light industrial and logistics roles. This role requires fluency in English and [Spanish or other language], and the ability to work fully on-site while also traveling to client locations as needed. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and can quickly fill roles such as warehouse associates, forklift operators, and general labor positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for light industrial and logistics roles
  • Source candidates through job boards, referrals, job fairs, and community outreach
  • Conduct high-volume screening and interviews in both languages
  • Work in-office daily to support recruiting operations and team collaboration
  • Travel to client sites to support hiring needs, orientations, and workforce management
  • Coordinate onboarding, background checks, and drug screenings
  • Partner with clients and hiring managers to meet staffing goals
  • Track recruiting metrics and maintain ATS records
  • Ensure a positive candidate and client experience

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of recruiting experience (staffing agency or high-volume hiring preferred)
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (or other required language) is mandatory
  • Must be able to work on-site full-time
  • Must be willing and able to travel to client locations as needed
  • Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics recruiting is preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills

Preferred Skills:

  • High-volume staffing or temp/contract placement experience
  • Knowledge of local labor markets
  • Strong relationship-building skills with clients and candidates
