Responsibilities

Assess individual and commercial client needs to recommend appropriate coverage plans.

Draft and present insurance quotes that provide real value and security to our local community.

Guide clients through the claims process with empathy and clear guidance during stressful moments.

Maintain accurate client records to ensure policy integrity and service reliability.

Develop and grow relationships with local business owners and families in the Middletown area.

Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure accurate risk assessment for unique policy requests.

Requirements

Current State of Connecticut Property Casualty Insurance License.

Three or more years of professional experience in insurance sales.

Clear and articulate communication skills for explaining complex policy details.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and agency management software.

Strong organizational habits to manage a pipeline of client renewals and new inquiries.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience with comparative rating tools.
