Are you a motivated, team-oriented & reliable Dental Team Lead looking for a place to grow, feel valued, and make an impact each day? We’re seeking an enthusiastic professional to join our practice and contribute to an exceptional patient experience!

Schedule:
Monday: 9am-7pm
Tuesday: 9am-7pm
Wednesday: 9am-5pm
Thursday: 9am-5pm
Friday: 9am-5pm
Saturday: 8am-1pm

As a key member of our team, you will help support smooth, efficient, and comfortable patient care by:

• Serve as a go-to resource for day-to-day team questions and coordination

• Assist the Office Manager in monitoring team performance and workflow efficiency

• Help onboard and mentor new team members

• Ensure that daily schedules, tasks, and responsibilities are executed effectively

• Act as liaison between team and management to communicate needs, updates, and concerns

• Support compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and Squire Dental policies

• Identify opportunities for improvement and offer suggestions to leadership

• Help maintain a positive, respectful, and collaborative team culture

• Continue performing core responsibilities of their main role (e.g., dental assistant, front desk, hygienist)

Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a dental practice setting

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Proven reliability and ability to lead by example

Preferred:

• Proficiency in dental software systems (Denticon)

• Prior experience as a peer leader, trainer, or mentor

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and assisting for long procedures

• Manual dexterity and visual acuity to handle surgical tools and materials

• Exposure to bloodborne pathogens, surgical chemicals, and PPE

• Must be able to lift and move up to 30 lbs and respond quickly in clinical settings
