A Day in the Role
- Set up and perform precise MIG welding on steel parts destined for large-scale machinery.
- Read work instructions and collaborate seamlessly with fabricators, engineers, and technicians to meet build requirements.
- Verify every weld against rigorous quality and safety standards before sign-off.
- Maintain a tidy, organized work area aligned with a safety-first culture.
What You Bring
- Hands-on welding experience; manufacturing or industrial background preferred.
- Ability to pass a weld test.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to exacting workmanship.
- Strong work ethic and a collaborative, positive mindset.
Compensation, Schedule, and Perks
- $27.50/hr – $31.13/hr
- Direct Hire
- 4x10 schedule with a three-day weekend
- Shifts: 5:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. or 5:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
